Project title	Anti-Police Brutality / Neighborhood Watch App
Background	G-Tech Labs is an independent and informal company. Client has 13 years of professional programming experience. Ambitious groups may add or subtract features to suit agile development. Features are separated into modules and groups may choose 2 or 3 features to develop over the course. Beta Testing may be done in conjunction with CopWatch.org, Constitution.org. The client is flexible.
Description	- Empower the public to organize through a social gaming phone app that allows citizens to record and report police incidents to a media style website, advertise demonstrations, and protect neighborhoods. - Create a central location for communication and organization.
Deliverable	Students publish app for Android Market in client name. Students launch media website in client name. Code and execution packages are zipped to client.
Skill set desirable	Java Programming XML Programming / Design Slack API, Pidgin or Other IRC Integration Android API Maps & Video Integration CMS/Web Database Integration
